Ms. Hillary Johns is a civil litigator and trial lawyer who practices extensively throughout the state of California. She has tried more than one hundred civil cases to verdict including real estate, business law, insurance, and transactional matters both nationally and internationally. Ms. Johns is fluent in Spanish and trained in German and French.
Ms. Johns graduated from Occidental College and then from Golden Gate University School of Law, in San Francisco, with Dean’s List and class honors. She is licensed to practice before all Courts in the State of California and is admitted to practice before the Northern and Central U.S. District Courts. She has, additionally, received legal training and travelled extensively throughout the United States and Europe.
Ms. Johns is a native Southern Californian. She is also an experienced legal writer. Her work is being published in nationally recognized law journals and Ms. Johns writes articles regularly for publishing companies. Ms. Johns volunteers her legal time to military personnel through the American Bar Association and writes regularly for the American Association For Justice. In times past, Ms. Johns has volunteered for The Nature Conservancy and several domestic violence organizations. Additionally, Ms. Johns was a competitive soccer player and now coaches competitive youth soccer in her spare time. Her interests include fitness, language skills, history, the study of geology, and political philosophy.
